Our Manufacturing Department has recently been strengthened and optimized, with the aim of ensuring full-cycle production. This strategy represents a basic asset for competitiveness as it allows us to increase efficiency, improve response times and offer flexible and adaptable production, capable of satisfying the increasingly diversified needs of the markets.
QUALITY
The Quality Control and Quality Assurance area is the heart of SITI. Each stage of the manufacturing process is subjected to strong inspections and checks, ensuring that the products meet the highest standards to meet the customer’s expectations.
ASSEMBLING AND AUTOMATION
Within the assembling division we have introduced the Modular Assembly System – Multimix concept, a new approach that represents an important step forward in terms of efficiency and flexibility. Thanks to new semi-automatic lines of new conception, designed according to our guidelines, we are able to manage format and product family changes in reduced times. This allows us to respond promptly to requests, maintaining high quality and production standards.

The adoption of WMS warehouses and vertical warehouses has meant an extraordinary revolution for all our logistics, bringing order, efficiency and greater speed in managing flows. A structured system that improves not only inventory management, but also our ability to respond to market needs with great accuracy and full promptness in keeping the planned timetables.
