High modularity

BH Series bevel helical gearboxes are designed with a wide concept of modularity, which is accomplished by composing a structure of kits of the main sub-groups, giving rise to the different configurations of the final product, thus fulfilling the main application needs. On the other hand, modularity brings meaningful advantages for the distribution network, both in terms of timing for supplying the product to the end customer and in the optics of the optimization of warehouse investments.

High versatility

9 sizes with 3 input configurations (solid input shaft, PAM and PAM-GC predisposition)
4 output configurations: hollow output shaft, single and double extension solid shaft, predisposition for shrink disk
Wide range of mounting positions, able to meet the various needs required by the final application

High reliability

Size 56 is designed in die-cast aluminum
Size range 63 – 200 monolithic cast iron body suitable for particularly severe applications
Cast iron sizes are supplied painted BLUE RAL 5010

Optional accessories

Modular output flanges, able to meet the most common market standards

Shrink disk (backstop) device

Special configurations

Seals in silicone compound, Viton or specific compounds for high/low temperatures
Special anti-corrosion paints according to ISO 12944
