Quality And Certifications

SITI is characterized by the constant engagement in the continuous improvement of the quality of products and services.
Quality is intended by SITI as a mental attitude of all the personnel towards the pursuit of a continuous growth and the achievement of the full customer’s satisfaction.
SITI quality begins from the design, continues through all production processes and extends to all inner and outer services, having the highest efficiency and reliability as the main goal.
Additionally, SITI considers of prior importance even the management of the Environment and the Safety and Health at the work. In this context, a policy related to the System of Integrated Management of Quality, Environment and Health has been defined.
As a confirmation of the correct application of the above described principles, SITI has already got the Certification of Conformance of the System of Quality Management, in relation to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and of the System of Environmental Management in relation to the UNI EN ISO 14001:2004 standard, while the due course of the System for the Safety Management in relation the OHSAS 18001:2007 standard has been almost completed.
